WP Site Services In The Community:
During the devastating Caldor Fire, WP Site Services stepped up to the challenge of providing equipment, sanitation services and essential services to members of the community, law enforcement and fire personnel. WP Site Services had staff working split shifts to ensure locations with large numbers of law enforcement and fire personnel and evacuees had twice-a-day service for all toilets and handwash stations; along with FREE RV pump service for those who needed it on site. WP Site Services worked with numerous agencies throughout the fire and fire clean-up, including the Red Cross, Cal Fire and the US Forest Service; to assist in easing community stress and providing a vital service which is rarely recognized.
During the fire, many people were evacuated into RVs all over El Dorado County. WP Site Services is one of the only service companies which provides mobile RV service. WP Site Services staff worked to provide FREE RV pump services to anyone who was a victim of the fire or were under evacuation orders; including those who were in the area to assist in working the fire. WP Site Services worked with local septic companies to assist in outfitting their rigs for mobile RV pumping to provide a much needed, FREE service for the community, greatly increasing the number of people who could be helped each day.
Since COVID-19, WP Site Services has worked with community businesses and groups to provide handwash and sanitizing stations wherever needed. WP Site Services prepared for COVID-19 in ordering 100 new handwash stations, greatly expanding their existing stock. The added stock allowed for WP Site Services to outfit numerous community and business locations with handwash and sanitizing stations to keep the community safe. WP Site Services provided extra services to ensure the units were stocked and available.
Throughout COVID-19, WP Site Services followed CDC recommendations, purchasing the top-rated products for killing COVID-19 and ensuring all service drivers had the products available on their service trucks. While it may not be common knowledge, sanitation workers are essential workers. WP Site Services ensures their staff provides safe, consistent, thorough service to the community.
WP Site Services has shown no signs of slowing down. Year after year, the business has nearly doubled in size from staff, to equipment, to trucks in their fleet. WP Site Services footprint is constantly expanding based off community needs, the business constantly evolving. Fred Wilkinson started WP Site Services as a small local business, making their own wooden, portable toilets. Since his son Chad and daughter-in-law have taken over, they have modernized the programs used in the office and modernized the equipment available; ranging from construction style units to special event units to luxury event trailers which stay in high-demand throughout wedding season.
WP Site Services has consistently doubled its annual profit each year, but they couldn’t have done that without the community’s support of their small business. WP Site Services has become the go-to name for construction sites, school districts, community programs and events. The community support has allowed for this family-owned business to continue to grow and provide much needed services and support to the community during times of devastation and crisis.
WP Site Services and Rotary Club Collaboration
The Rotary Club of Cameron Club moved quickly to implement the first phase of our Park Improvement project within days of its grant being approved by District 5190. A porta-potty from WP Site Services was delivered on the morning of January 31st. President Cathy is shown here accepting delivery.

Very happy with WP Site Services. Great customer service and staff. The young woman on phone is super friendly and polite. The drivers are amazing and professional. They have been taking care and servicing my portable toilet for a while and they have been great! I can clearly say they are the best! I’m located in the Grizzly Flats area and other companies have given me the reject on coming to Grizzly Flats but WP Site Services doesn’t have that problem and on top of that they have been giving us extra care from the Caldor Fire.
